1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Gelatys “Pop Til You Drop” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 29, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 13, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of Miami, FL and Fort Lauderdale, FL who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the eligible regions and where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of Gelatys (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, agencies, or partners involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:
- Follow Gelatys on Instagram (@gelatys) or TikTok (@gelatys)
- Visit the official Sweepstakes landing page at https://gelatys.com/pop-til-you-drop/
- Complete the entry form by submitting:
- Your first name
- Your Instagram or TikTok handle
- Your email address
- Your Phone number
Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible entries.
4. PRIZES
There are six (6) prizes total, divided into two tiers:
- Grand Prize (1 winner):
One (1) winner will receive a monthly box of assorted Gelatys products, delivered once per month from August through December 2025 (five total deliveries). - Secondary Prizes (5 winners):
Five (5) winners will each receive a one-time box of assorted Gelatys products, delivered to the address provided upon verification.
Approximate Retail Values (ARV):
- Grand Prize: $350
- Each Secondary Prize: $50
- Total ARV of all prizes: $600
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
All winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted on July 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address or social media handle (Instagram/TikTok DM) provided during entry. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the allotted time or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Limit one prize per person, household, or email address.
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- All federal, state, and local laws apply.
- Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or undermine the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gelatys, its affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or related to participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, misdirected entries, or issues with third-party platforms.
8. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY
By entering, winners grant Gelatys permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
